Our main purpose is to promote a strong
Māori presence on the internet, and to lobby for internet
administration in Aotearoa New Zealand to better
accommodate Mäori needs. One of our works in progress is
to petition the Internet Society of New Zealand (ISOCNZ)
to allocate Māori 2nd level domain names that reflect
Māori everyday usage, such as "maori.nz".
We welcome all Māori web writers, internet users and
supporters of our purpose. We represent all Māori whether
in New Zealand or abroad.
